  • Kenda L. Culpepper: In December of 1995, Kenda Culpepper left the District Attorney's Office to go into private practice. Since that time, she has practiced almost exclusively Criminal Defense Trial Law. She became Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Specialization in 1999. In 2002, she became a partner at the prestigious Dallas firm of Milner and Finn. In 2003, she and former judge Jim Pruitt created the law firm of Culpepper & Pruitt where they both currently practice. The law firm of Culpepper & Pruitt has offices in both Dallas and Rockwall, Texas. Although she practices primarily in the Metroplex area (Dallas, Rockwall, Collin, Denton and Tarrant Counties), Ms. Culpepper has handled cases in locations ranging from Houston to Lubbock to South Texas. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas.
